Shenotan JF
【Chemical Nature】
Condensation product of sulphonic acid and aromatic oxysulphones.
【Properties】
Shenotan JF is an anionic aromatic hydroxyl syntan. For chrome tanned leather, it improves the penetration of anionic fatliquor, the hydrophilic finishing and the paste drying as well. It imparts fullness softness and comfortable feeling and gives pastel shade when retanning in the combination with other syntans. Shenotan JF has good buffering effect on the affinity of other syntans makes the fine grain and adjusts the grain tightness well. Shenotan JF provides lightfastness, non-yellowing and good leveling effect. It forms an anionic iron loyer on leather surface and reduces the affinity between dyestuff and fibres. Improves the even dyeability considerably and is suitable for retanning pastel shade and white leathers.
Shenotan JF has low degree of astringency with even tanning effect and is suitable for manufacturing of shrink and fancy leathers. It also strengthens the good dyeability and is used for retanning , neutralization, even dyeing and fixation for chrome tanned leathers.

【Application】
1. Slightly shade weakening, medium stability to electrolyte.
2. Low electrolyte content, and effluent pollution is mere.
3. In combination with other syntans on lathers on shaved weight base, use 4-6% for sofa, garment leathers, 2-4% for pastel shade and soft leathers.
【Transportation and Storage】
Shenotan JF is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 8℃ and 40℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
