Compound based on condensation products of organic substances.
【Properties】
Shenotan DF has high light fastness and heat resistance with extraordinarily low formaldehyde content. It does not have any bleaching effect. It is able to penetrate effectively through the hide and mainly deposit in the loosely structured areas. Crusts retanned with Shenotan DF are full and even with tight and fine grain and can be dyed into very deep, brilliant shades. They respond very well to buffing. Shenotan DF can be used on all types of wet blue and wet white that have a loose grain or have the tendency to have loose grain. It is particularly recommended for use on automotive and upholstery leathers, which is expected to have a full handle, a tight but soft grain and very low formaldehyde content. It can also be applied to bovine shoe upper leathers, splits and small skin leathers.
Shenotan DF has very good performance/cost ratio, can meet the requirement of high performance and low cost in splits production.

【Application】
Shenotan JRS is normally used after neutralization. It can be used alone or together with anionic retanning agents and fatliquors. The dosage is 2-8% based on shaved weight depending on the article to be produce.
【Transportation and Storage】
Shenotan DF is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 0℃ and 40℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
