Shentergen PX
【Chemical Nature】
Amide, polyoxyethylene surfactants.
【Properties】
The main composition of Shentergen PX is nonionic surfactants. It is a high-performance degreasing agent, with good penetration, wetting back, emulsification and dispersion. It is very effective in removing grease from the leather after emulsified and dispersed. It obtains optimal results for degreasing the grain.
It also can be used for degreasiy in neutralization after shaving. It not only can remove the stains from the shaving and the fats in the leather, but also gives evenly shades in subsequently dyeing stage.
It disperses the calcium soap effectively.

Physical form: yellowish clear pate
Effective substance(%): ≥14
pH Value (1:10): 10.0~12.0
【Application】
Prophase of degreasing: 1.5%~2.0%, based on raw hide weight
Deliming: 0.2~0.5%, based on pelt weight
After shaving or in neutralization: 1.0~2.0% based on shaved weight
The exact amount of PX degreasing agent added has to be adjusted which depends on the fatty content of the raw hides.
【Transportation and Storage】
Shentergen PX is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 8℃ and 40℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
