Sulphited natural and synthetic oils, sperm oil substitute
【Properties】
Shenopal JL-60 is a multi-purpose fatliquor which can be used for all articles, from extremely soft garment leathers to uppers. Leathers treated with Shenopal JL-60 are soft, full and uniform in all areas.
Shenopal JL-60 is light fast and heat resistant. It is suitable for production of white and light color leathers.
Shenopal JL-60 penetrates very well into the leather. It does not have any negative influence on finishing.

Physical form: Slightly yellowish to brown viscous liquid

pH Value ( 1:10 ): 6.5~7.5
【Application】
Shenopal JL-60 can be used alone or together with other anionic fatliquors. It can be used in the main fatliquoring and assistant fatliquoring. It can be used also in chrome retanning and neutralization.
The dosage is normally 4% to 10% based on shaved weight.
【Transportation and Storage】
Shenopal JL-60 is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 8℃ and 40℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
