Shenopal J-94S
【Chemical Nature 】
Mixture of synthetic oils, emulsifiers and softening agents.
【Properties 】
Shenopal J-94S is very suitable for production of light and soft leathers such as garment, upholstery, shoe nappa, hand bag and split leathers. It has good light fastness and heat resistance. It is stable to acids, alkalis and electrolytes in normal concentration in leather processing. It has the leveling effect for dyeing but does not bleach the shade.
Fatliquored with Shenopal J-94S, leathers are soft, light in weight with pleasant waxy handle on surface and odorless.

【Application 】
Shenopal J-94S can be used alone or together with other anionic fatliquors. It should be diluted 1 : 5 with hot water before adding into drum.
According to the desired softness, the dosage of Shenopal J-94S can be up to 20% based on shaved weight.
【Transportation and Storage 】
Shenopal J-94S is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 4 °C and 40 °C. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
