Very stable to electrolytes. – Very high emulsifying capability.
Can stabilize the unstable fatliquor mixture. – Improve penetration of fatliquoring.
Very suitable for wetting back of hard crust ( pig skin, goat skin, etc. )
Shenopal JLH gives leathers:- Full and soft handle. – Excellent dyeing and leveling.
Very good light fastness. – Very good writing effect on suede without oily feeling.

【Application】
Shenopal JLH can be added into drum with or without dilution.
It can be applied in pickling, tanning, retanning and fatliquoring processes. It can be added together with other anionic fatliquors. It can also be added alone in the fatliquoring of suede leathers.
Due to its high stability to electrolytes, Shenopal JLH can be used in chrome tanning process. When added in pickling or at the beginning of chrome tanning, it helps the penetration and distribution of chrome thus increases the softness and fullness of wetblue. Shenopal JLH has lubricant effect which can prevent tear off of thin leathers in short float.
Recommended dosage:
For pickling and chrome tanning:Up to 2% based on pelt weight
For rechroming:Up to 4% based on shaved weight
For retanning:Up to 2% based on shaved weight
For shoe upper:Up to 4% based on shaved weight
For sheep skin garment and suede:Up to 10% based on shave weight
For goat skin garment:Up to 10% based on shaved weight
【Transportation and Storage】
Shenopal JLH is categorized as non-DG cargo, can be transported and stored normally. It has a shelf life of at least one year if they are stored in their tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 4 °C and 40 °C. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they are opened.
